2. Controller and contact
Uploop is the controller of the data processing described here. For privacy matters, write to us from the Contact page or by email; we reply within 72 hours.
3. Data we collect
Provided by you: email address, public profile link or @username and payment details (processed by our payment providers — PayPal, PayOp or CoinPayments; we never see your full card details).
Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, date and time of access and pages visited (analytics). We use session and preference cookies; more details in section 7.
4. Why we process your data
- Performance of the contract: to process the order, identify you and deliver the service.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting and anti-fraud requirements.
- Legitimate interest: platform security, technical support and service improvements.
- Consent: marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
5. Who we share data with
We only share data with:
- Payment providers (PayPal, PayOp and CoinPayments), to process payments.
- Delivery providers: SMM technical partners that receive only the public link, never personal data.
- Technical vendors: hosting, email and analytics, under confidentiality agreements.
- Authorities, only when required by law.
6. Retention periods
- Order data: 5 years (tax and accounting requirement).
- Account data: until you ask for deletion, plus 6 months of anti-fraud logs.
- Anonymous analytics: up to 26 months.
7. Cookies
We use three categories of cookies:
- Essential: required for the site to work (session, language, cart).
- Analytics: anonymous statistics (Google Analytics with IP masking).
- Marketing: only with your explicit consent.
You can manage cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Your rights (GDPR / LGPD)
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your data.
- Access, correct, anonymize, block or delete your data.
- Request the portability of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country or with Brazil's ANPD.
9. Security
We apply industry best practices: HTTPS/TLS on all traffic, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access, regular backups and periodic audits. If an incident occurs, we notify affected users and the authorities as required by law.
10. International transfers
Uploop is operated from Brazil and some providers may process data in other countries. In those cases we apply appropriate contractual safeguards, in line with Art. 33 of the LGPD and the applicable rules.
11. Children
The Platform is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their legal guardian.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email or by a notice on the site, at least 30 days in advance.
