How to choose an SMM provider
Your provider decides most of what your customers experience: how fast orders start, whether they finish and what happens when they do not. Here is the checklist we would use.
1. Rates you can read before signing up
A public price list per 1,000 units, with minimum and maximum per service. If you cannot compare before paying, you cannot price before selling.
2. A status that tells the truth
Start count and remaining quantity on every order, through the dashboard and the API. Without them you cannot answer a customer who asks "where is my order?".
3. Refunds that do not need a ticket
When an order delivers partially or is cancelled, the undelivered part should return to your balance automatically, at the price you paid.
4. Refill windows shown up front
Services with refill should say for how many days; services without should say so too. That is what you quote to your customer.
5. An API in the standard format
If your panel already speaks the usual provider format, switching is a matter of changing a URL and a key. See the SMM provider page.
Test with $10
Fund a small balance, run your three best-selling services and compare start time and speed with what the price list promised.
