Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create an account, add funds or place an order on Uploop. Read them together with the Refund and Refill Policy.

What Uploop is
Uploop is an SMM panel: a service that sells social media engagement such as followers, likes, views and subscribers, delivered to public content on third-party platforms. You keep a balance in US dollars and spend it on orders. Uploop does not manage or log in to any social media account.
Reselling is allowed
You may resell the services you buy on Uploop to your own customers, under your own brand and at your own prices, including through a child panel or any other software connected to the API. You are responsible for your own customers, your own pricing, your own refund terms and your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
No affiliation with platforms
Uploop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Spotify or any other platform named on this site. Your use of each platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.
Accounts
You must be at least 18. Keep your login details private: actions taken from your session count as yours. Never reuse a social media password here, and never share your password with anyone claiming to work for Uploop. API keys are secrets too; regenerate a key if you think it leaked.
Balance and payments
Prices are in US dollars. Deposits are made with PayPal or cryptocurrency, from $10, and become a US dollar balance once the payment processor confirms them. The balance is store credit for orders on Uploop: it earns nothing and cannot be withdrawn or paid back out. Cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback for a deposit that was credited may lead to the balance being removed and the account being suspended.
Orders
An order needs a public link or @handle and a quantity within the service minimum and maximum. The destination must stay public and unchanged until the order completes. Do not place two orders for the same link and service at the same time: the counts overlap and neither can be verified. Start time and speed shown for each service describe how it usually runs; they are estimates, not guarantees.
What Uploop does not promise
Uploop delivers the quantity ordered or credits the shortfall. It does not promise reach, engagement, sales, rankings, or that a platform will not remove engagement later, except where a service carries a refill window as described in the Refund and Refill Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Uploop for content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that promotes violence or harassment, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and you may not use it to manipulate elections or impersonate people. Orders like these may be cancelled without a refund and the account suspended.
Changes and suspension
Services, rates and these terms can change. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published. Uploop may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of the API, or breaches of these terms.
