uploop

Privacy Policy

Uploop collects the minimum needed to run an account, take payments and deliver orders.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address and a hashed password, or the identifier of the sign-in provider you used.
  • Order data: the public links and quantities you submit, and order status.
  • Payment data: deposit amounts, method and the processor’s transaction reference. Card and PayPal details are handled by PayPal; crypto payments by CoinPayments. Uploop never sees card numbers.
  • Security data: IP address and timestamps of sign-ins, API calls and failed attempts.
  • Support data: the messages you send in tickets.

Why we use it

To run your account and balance, deliver orders, settle shortfalls, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. Usage analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) help us understand which pages work; they do not receive your password or payment details.

Who processes it

Payment processors (PayPal, CoinPayments), service providers that fulfil orders (they receive the public link and quantity only), hosting, and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account, order and payment records are kept while the account is active and for as long as needed for accounting and fraud prevention afterwards. Security logs are kept for a shorter period.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by opening a ticket from your account.
