Refund and Refill Policy

Two rules cover every order: it is delivered in full or the shortfall comes back to your balance, and services that show a refill window are topped up if the count drops inside that window.

Delivered in full, or the shortfall is credited

Every order is covered. If the provider delivers part of the quantity or cancels the order, the undelivered portion is credited back to your balance at the price you paid. This happens automatically when the order settles; you do not need to open a ticket. If 700 of 1,000 arrive, 300 are credited and the 700 stand.

Refill windows

Some services show a refill window on the price list, for example 30 days. On those services, if the count drops below what the completed order reached during the window, you can request a refill from the order page or through the API. Refill replaces units; it does not credit money. Services without a refill window carry no refill, and that is shown on the price list before you order.

Refunds are balance credit

Credits go to your Uploop balance in US dollars. Balance cannot be withdrawn or sent back to PayPal or to a wallet, and confirmed cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed.

What is not refundable

  • Orders to a link that was private, deleted, renamed or wrong when the order ran.
  • Duplicate orders on the same link and service running at the same time.
  • Drops after a refill window ends, or on services without a refill window.
  • Orders placed in breach of the Terms of Service.

Cancelling

Where a service allows it, an order that has not started can be cancelled from the order page or with the API cancel action. The amount for the cancelled order returns to your balance.

Disputes

If something looks wrong, open a ticket with the order ID before opening a payment dispute. Most issues are settled to your balance within the order itself.
